We have a full resource area that we go through that helps them look at literally every part of their business in their life, both from a personal and financial point of view. And most folks have something in their business that's not working the way they wanted to, and we help them figure out in a very simple way what it is that's not working and then come up with some simple solutions to solve them. But the simple is not easy, which is really important for people to understand.”
